VP, Enterprise Platforms & IT Governance

Crawford & Company is seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President, Enterprise Platforms & IT Governance to lead the strategy, modernization, delivery, and operational excellence of our enterprise platforms and corporate business systems. This executive role will oversee technology platforms across ERP, HCM, EPM, Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, and shared services functions, while providing leadership for IT governance, technology procurement, vendor management, and technology business operations.   Reporting to the EVP, Global CIO, this role serves as a senior technology leader, strategic business partner, and trusted advisor. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Legal, Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, Security, and business transformation leaders to ensure enterprise technology investments are secure, scalable, integrated, commercially optimized, and aligned with business strategy.   This is an opportunity to play a critical leadership role in shaping the future of enterprise platforms, governance, and technology enablement at a global organization.
