As a Manager, SharePoint Development you will be a hands-on leader responsible for managing and developing a high-performing team while delivering quality solutions, building strong relationships with stakeholders and adhering to best practices. Responsibilities * Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing SharePoint Online development team, including mentoring, performance management, capacity planning, and recruitment * The ability to balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical contributions and solution design * Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, business-focused SharePoint Online solutions * Own and evolve the organization's SharePoint information architecture, ensuring an intuitive and effective user experience * Build strong relationships and partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand needs, recommend solutions, and develop the SharePoint roadmap * Establish and maintain development, governance, and release management best practices to ensure reliable and efficient delivery * Run agile/scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement * Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to ensure solutions align with organizational security, governance, and compliance standards Skills and Experience * 5+ years of experience in senior SharePoint roles, with strong expertise in SharePoint Online development, architecture, and administration * Demonstrated experience leading and developing technical teams while remaining actively hands-on * Strong understanding of SharePoint information architecture, site design, governance, search, permissions, and content management * Experience designing and implementing enterprise SharePoint solutions and workflow automation * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions * Experience with modern development and deployment practices, including automation, source control, and release management * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance best practices * Experience working within Agile delivery environments * Familiarity with Teams integration, Viva Connections, Microsoft Search, Microsoft 365 Copilot is considered an asset MyRewards@MNP With a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
