Position #: V44418 Expected Start Date: August 17, 2026 Union: OOS Facility: Saskatchewan Health Authority City/Town: TBD Department: Director Office - Organizational Culture Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: July 30, 2027 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Standby Number of Hours per Rotation: 5 shifts of 7.5 hours per 1 weeks Relief: No Float: No Salary or Pay Band: As per Terms and Conditions of Employment Travel Required: Yes Job Description: Organizational Development Specialists provide specialized support by provides expertise, leadership, oversight and support in the following areas: Building & strengthening organizational and leadership capability through alignment of strategy, structure, management processes, people, rewards and metrics, supporting organizational culture through the design, development, implementation and evaluation of strategic initiatives/programs, ongoing evaluation and continuous improvement of strategic initiatives & programs, Providing expert knowledge and strategic advice on organizational development & design; complex systems; organizational & individual behavioral science; LEADS-based individual and collective leadership; coaching philosophy & practices; learning philosophy & practices; effective teams & conflict engagement - Supporting large scale change initiatives in regard to organizational redesign, and empowering people to effectively manage and lead large scale change. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience * 3-5 years experience in Human Resource and/or Organizational Development Education * Business Administration diploma (DBA) * Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Licenses * Valid Class 5 driver's license Other Education and Training * Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable * Specialization in Human Resource and/or Organizational Development * Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience Competencies * Analytical skills * Critical thinking skills * Mobilizes people, inspires and leads by example * Capability to transform systems: Encourage and support innovation Knowledge and Abilities * Strong interpersonal skills * Commitment to a diverse, representative workforce and cultural safety * Knowledge in applicable legislation and standards * Commitment to quality, safety, and improvement striving towards zero harm * Knowledge in applicable human resource functions and disciplines * Knowledge in organization's goals, vision, mission and values * Knowledge in the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action * Proven ability to collaborate and partner with a wide variety of stakeholders * Ability to lead and coach others * Committed to delivering on patient and family centred care * Ability to adapt to and implement change * Knowledge in the Saskatchewan health care system * Exemplifies ethical practices, professionalism and personal integrity * Knowledge in First Nation and Metis history in Saskatchewan Other Information * Travel within Saskatchewan The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is the largest employer in Saskatchewan, employing more than 45,000 staff in a dynamic healthcare environment.
