Finishing Superintendent

About this role

The Finishing Superintendent plays a key role in delivering the final quality of every Marcon home. Reporting to the Site Superintendent, you will lead all interior construction activities from window stage through project completion, coordinating trades, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring suites and common areas are completed safely, on schedule, and to Marcon's high standards. Working closely with site leadership, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will drive daily execution, maintain schedule discipline, and proactively resolve issues before they impact quality or project timelines. Your leadership and attention to detail will help ensure every home is ready to deliver an exceptional homeowner experience. WHAT YOU BRING * 6–10 years of residential construction or finishing experience * Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple trades through the interior finishing phase * Strong understanding of interior sequencing, quality standards, and residential construction practices * Proven ability to lead crews, maintain schedule discipline, and drive work to completion * Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills * Strong commitment to safety and quality * Experience using digital construction tools and site reporting systems is considered an asset ABOUT US Many people will spend their lives in a Marcon home, so we have to build it right, every time. Our competitive compensation package is designed to reward employees for the skills, competencies, and performance they bring to our team. The compensation range for this role is $95,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
